Learning Support Assistant - Secondary (Part Time)
We have a vacancy for a Part Time Learning Support Assistant in Secondary School. The role is currently 2 days per week (0.4) until 31st August 2023 with a possibility of it being extended to more days in the 2023/24 academic year.
The role involves contributing to the effective delivery of teaching and learning to allow pupils with specific or general learning difficulties to make progress, whatever their starting point.
The Secondary Learning Support Assistant will be a native English speaker and need to be comfortable with supporting English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Candidates should have GCSEs, Secondary School Leavers certificate or equivalent and be under spouse’s sponsorship. Any previous experience of working with children is desirable.
