A vacancy has arisen for a Full-Time Temporary Music Administrator to commence employment on 2 September 2024 until 31st January 2025.
Candidates should have GCSEs, Secondary School Leavers certificate or equivalent and be under spouse’s sponsorship. Previous experience of administrative work and general computer systems is essential. Experience with Google is desirable. Candidates will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An appreciation for, and understanding of Music would be desirable but is not essential.
The stated working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.15am until 3pm and Friday 7.15am until 12.00 pm, however, there will be evenings and weekend requirements, due to concerts and performances, as befits the nature of the Music Department. This is an expectation of this role.
